Walmarts return policy is extremely lenient. I remember when Pokemon sun came out last fall I bought a 3DS at Walmart for $250 with the game and cable, returned it 2 weeks later when Black Friday hit and picked one up at Best Buy for $150.
I played it for 2 weeks. I beat Pokemon sun, and then returned the 3DS. Now I don't suggest going out and buying things to play them for a short period of time and returning them. That's a really shitty thing to do. But when a sale comes out that can put $50 back into my pocket, I'm going to do it.
Don't intentionally buy things just to return them. But if you find yourself in a situation similar to mine, walmart won't let you down.
