Ah, I did that once. Technically it was $125, including spaying and shots. Very reasonable, right? She started to lose all fur on her belly, her eyes were gooey, and her breathing was somewhat labored. Back to PetSmart for a visit to the vet. Respiratory infection in lungs and eyes, ears. Tons of medicine, eyedrops,antibiotics, but the belly thing was most puzzling. But I could tell she was very uncomfortable. Long story short, she had some condition I can't remember, but she needed a cortisone injection every 4 weeks. So the cost was lots of $$$$. But she was worth every cent.
