Technically it is “Good morning, everyone.”

Everyone is a pronoun so it should not be capitalized unless it is the first word in the sentence.

“I went to the store before everyone else.”
“Where did everyone go?”
“Everyone likes pizza.”

You usually put a comma ( , ) after a greeting when you are talking to someone.

“Hello, Paul.”
“Good evening, everyone”.
“Goodbye, Lucy!”
