Resolution refers to the written form of a motion that was introduced by a group in a meeting which gets drafted after its successful discussion and approval in the meeting. The different types of resolution are:
1. Ordinary Resolution: An ordinary resolution refers to such resolutions which are passed by the members of a company by a normal majority like 51%.
2. Special Resolution: A Special resolution refers to such resolutions which are passed by the members of a company by at least 75% majority.
