There are no lizards in Minecraft. You can feed axolotls fish to tame them, and pick them up using a water bucket. You cannot tame squids, glow squids, silverfish, endermites, witches, or pillagers. If none of these are the mob you're talking about, try looking at the minecraft wiki.
